The Pantry of Broward's C-Noters

A C-Note is a one-hundred dollar bill. "C" stands for centum, the Latin word for 100 and "note" comes from the bill itself.

The Pantry of Broward's C-Noters have agreed to donate $100 per month to cover administrative costs of the agency, allowing our general support to be spent on food and other direct services.

TREE OF LIFE

It’s summer time. Time to garden, plant, watch things bloom and grow. Here at The Pantry we have a tree recently listed in critical condition. Now this tree doesn’t require water, dirt, or even light. What it does require is lots of love and attention. Hanging on the wall in our reception area, the poor tree (though never needy or demanding) has been sorely neglected. Oh, the trunk is sturdy, the leaves are there, but they are bare. It’s time to “Save Our Tree of Life”. “What what?” You say, “How can I help?” Just close your eyes and think of someone close to you that you would like honored on Our Tree of Life. Everyone likes family trees and in this day and age of extended families, extend yours and leave a leaf with us. Our lonely bare leaves would so love to be all shiny and bright; engraved with names of people who are loved and honored in this life.  (Note:  Be sure to enter name(s) to be engraved at end of purchase.)
